I lived in Hollywood for a few years. Downtown suffers from many low class unhappy business workers and a reputation for horrible attitudes from waitresses and cafe workers. Not all , but way too often. Too many homeless and con artists begging also .This is a reality of Hollywood. Some businesses just act like ‘give me your money’ without being friendly. Some are friendly though.
Downtown businesses suffer from a lack of sophistication .
